Packaging and transportation of our tensile fabric

1. The film is packaged in a roll package. Make sure the film is not discounted during transportation. For the membrane unit, the Tensile Fabric Membrane can be folded back by using a φ40 foam rod to make the length less than 105 m, and then the drum is packaged.

2. When the film is packaged, it faces up.

3. Thicken the kraft paper packaging on the outside of the film to prevent the main body of the film material from being contaminated, and the outermost is added with transparent plastic paper.

4. Transportation by special guns during transportation.

5. When transporting, add a wooden box and lining foam plastic to prevent the PVDF or PTFE, ETFE film from being worn.

6. The special tank car is used for film transportation.

7. PTFE Tensile Membrane transportation is transported directly to the construction site by special vehicles to avoid membrane damage caused by loading and unloading in the middle.
