Processing preparation

1.Processing plan: Before processing, the factory manager organizes relevant personnel to conduct a comprehensive study on the Design Drawings Of Tensile Structure, formulate specific processing plans, process requirements, quality assurance measures, and arrange processing schedule according to production tasks and schedules.

2.The gauge is relatively check: before processing, the processing gauges such as T-square, steel ruler, etc. are comprehensively compared.

3. heat sealing test: Before processing, the heat sealing team needs to make the best heat sealing result for the film used in the project, the various heat sealing layers required for the simulation process and the heat sealing form, and fill in the "heat sealing data test report".

4. Tensile test: The biaxial tensile test is carried out on the heat-treated membrane material, and the test results are filled in the “tension data test report”, and the parameters are used as the basis for the quality inspection engineers.

5. equipment maintenance: Maintenance of the equipment before production to ensure that the equipment is in the best production state.

Processing

1. Material inspection: After the film opened, the quality inspection engineer will inspect the film and make inspection records. The unqualified film shall be cut off as waste.

2. Stakeout: The blanking team will work on the thick plastic plate according to the blanking drawing. The sample should be self-inspected and checked. Press the material map to make the sample code mark during stakeout.

3. Cutting: After passing the test, the sample is actually cut and cut on the film to become a cut piece.

4. Pre-assembly: Pre-assembly of the cutting piece according to the processing plan in the pre-splicing site, a certain pre-stress should be applied in the pre-assembly, and the spot welding FEP is carried out with a small portable welding machine and the weld is temporarily fixed (see the following figure) ) to prevent wrinkles in the weld.

5. Peripheral treatment: Check the film after the pre-stitching according to the blanking diagram, and correct the machining error.

6, Heat sealing: The surrounding processed cutting film is taken to the heat sealing machine for heat sealing processing.

7.Heat sealing test: The weld seam of the film after heat sealing is handed to the quality inspection engineer for weld inspection. If it is found that the heat sealing seam does not meet the requirements, heat sealing and reinforcement operation is required.

8.Difficulties and must pay attention to the control points: The warp and weft directions of the strength of PTFE shall not have any deviation during the blanking process, and must be selected strictly according to the coordinates.

The finished product inspection

The complete membrane unit that has been heat-sealed is handed over to the quality inspection team for inspection of the finished product. The inspection shall be attended by the factory director, quality inspection engineer and project designer. The unit that has passed the inspection fills in the “Factory Process Product Inspection Record”.

Finished product cleaning

Clean the products that have passed the inspection. Generally, use a clean rag to wipe. If you need to clean, use clean water. The cleaned product cannot be left with traces of lines and stains and dust.

Packaging

Packing according to the deployment direction and packaging method given by the design, and indicating the expansion mode and direction in the obvious position of the outer packaging.
